Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy
Please call us directly at 870-204-1566 to cancel or adjust your reservation. Email cancellations cannot be accepted.

• 29–15 days before your stay: 50% refund

• 14–0 days before your stay: No refund

We do not issue refunds or adjustments due to factors out of our control, such as weather, illness, personal reasons, or early check-out.

Waivers

A lodging waiver must be signed before check-in. Please use the provided link in your confirmation email to complete your electronic waiver(s).

Occupancy & Guests

Each yurt accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. All guests must be listed on the reservation.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the yurts.

​

Smoking & Fires

Smoking is not allowed inside the yurts. Open flames (grills) must be used safely and in designated areas only.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the yurt or property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements may be charged.

Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and belongings while on the property. The owners are not liable for accidents or injuries during your stay.
